1. Food & Pure Vegetarian Guarantee

All items listed on Shree Swaad are 100% Pure Vegetarian and Eggless, prepared using premium ingredients, authentic Desi Ghee, and fresh bakery essentials. We adhere to stringent FSSAI hygiene standards.

2. Orders, Customization & Pricing

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Customized cake messages and edible photo prints must not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of technical pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unserviceable delivery locations.

3. Delivery Timeline & Geofencing

• Express delivery (30–60 minutes) is subject to traffic conditions, weather events, and delivery radius from our nearest branch (Laxmangarh / Salasar).
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses with valid contact numbers.
• In case of customer unavailability or incorrect address at the time of delivery, redelivery charges may apply.

4. Disclaimer & Handcrafted Variations

Handcrafted Nature: Since all our cakes, pastries, and traditional sweets are handcrafted by master chefs, minor visual variations in design, cream piping, garnishing, or color shades compared to website photographs may occur. The core weight, flavor, and premium quality are always fully guaranteed.

Allergen Notice: While all our products are strictly 100% vegetarian and eggless, some products may contain or come into contact with nuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, milk/dairy, and wheat gluten. Customers with severe dairy or nut allergies should exercise caution.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, trademarks ("Shree Swaad", "The Taste of Tradition"), photographs, website graphics, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Shree Swaad. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar / Laxmangarh, Rajasthan.
